At Centro Decor, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned decor, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
